  ALEX HALEY TRIBUTE SITE

Press Release: Nashville, Tennessee, Sunday, January 31, 2010

It was exactly thirty-three years ago on the final Sunday evening in January when 130 million American viewers tuned in and watched the final mini-series episode of Roots.

All across America, restaurant and entertainment establishments, including Las Vegas, literally came to a screeching halt unless they had a television set airing Roots to their patrons.

Therefore, to kick off the very first Black History Month of the new decade, it is with great honor that I present my personal tribute site to the greatest African-American writer of all times—Alexander Murray Palmer Haley.

To get a feel for our professionalism and our intention to be the absolute definitive source of information on Alex Haley, we warmly invite you to navigate our tribute site. Check out our Testimonials Page and read what the Public have mentioned about Alex Haley and his authored works.
